Not to take away from your experience and feelings about the matter discribe above, clearly you are not satisfied. I have worked for them for almost 9 months. I have been paid for all jobs completed successfully. Their Project managers have been there for me when I have questions and we talk to eachother like good partners normally do joking around and committed to resolving the customers needs in a timely manner. I receive a PO with a stated amount and I perform the work. I submitt the required docs and photos. I've always been paid in a reasonable amount of time but that may mean something differnet to each of us depending on our expectations and past experiences when being paid. In my mind it is important that my company and customer come first before my needs. Seriously I want my company to stay in business. I want my customer to be delighted. Then I get paid if everything goes right. Its a belief in the fact I am thankful for the partnership and income Contingent Networks provides. In addition Contingent Networks now offers Speed Pay its an electronic payment system (not sure if you particpated in that program). If your payment takes a little longer find a way to get by, becuase we have a responsibility to be able to manager our own banking balances leaving a cushin of funds available as we wiat for payment from our customers and partners. Its not good business to speak against the hand that feeds you and your business I'm sure they want to hire fans of their company not critical thinkers. Do you have a strong case or do you have a slow paying customer? I think that just business we have all experienced a slow paying customers. They are a good company to work for and I trust them. I offer flexability in my business practices hoping to further build a mutually beneficial relationship with Contingent Network Services Inc. as time progresses. Ultimately I stand behind my professional years of experience and support Contingent Networks Services Inc. just because its the right thing to say. In my Mind!

The transactions listed above have been reviewed. The payments made matched the rates in the Purchase Orders that were accepted by Mr. Knowles. Contingents policy is to send a Purchase Order and Work Order to every partner for every job to verify that all terms are confirmed and accepted. Contingent includes a Please Read Me First document with every Purchase Order that requests all partners and Contingent employees to put any Purchase Order change requests in writing. We were unable to locate any written changes to the Purchase Order terms for these jobs. If Mr. Knowles has any documentation regarding a price change, we will issue additional payments immediately. Partners are required to submit a W-9 form prior to receiving payment. This caused an initial delay in payment. Once the W-9 was received, payment for the amount listed in the Purchase Order was made.
