Purchased tickets to "Conversations with the Dead Tour" on April 14, 2014. 

SINCE THEN HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED TWICE, AND NOW RESCHEDULED INDEFINITELY - ONLY NOT CALLING IT "CANCELLED" AND NOT REFUNDING OUR MONEY, BUT "RESCHEDULING INDEFINITELY"

April 23 recieved the following email:

Hello attendees of Dallas,

As some of you may have heard, Chip Coffey announced last night that he is unable to participate in the Conversations with the Dead Tour. We know that this news will come as a disappointment to all those who wish to see Ryan and Chip reunite on stage. Although we are saddened that we will not be able to have Chip come along, we still plan to proceed with the tour. We are in the final process of selecting new co-host(s) to share the stage with Mr. Buell. The new co-host is both prominent within the paranormal field and is a major cast member from "Paranormal State." This will be the first time the new co-host and Buell will share the stage in years.

At the current moment, we feel that postponing the tour by a few weeks will give us an opportunity to deliver the best tour possible. We have been in touch with the venues and we are rescheduling dates between mid-to-late May (this will exclude Memorial Weekend). We plan to announce the new dates and the new speakers that will join Ryan Buell no later than Friday, April 25th.

Once you receive the new dates, and if you are still able to attend, then you don't have to worry about anything. Your information, including your ticket type will be transferred over to the new date.

Because of the postponement, we will be offering you a refund option. However, we will not be able to begin processing the refunds until after the new dates are announced. So please be patient and allow us to work on rescheduling the tour by Friday, and then we will be able to start handling any refund requests. Refunds will take up to 30 - 60 days to be issued, depending on the volume. Please wait for a separate email from us on how to request a refund.

If you have any questions, please email us at [email protected]. Please give us a 1-2 business days to respond as we may be processing a higher then expected volume of emails at the current moment. However, we will be responding to e-mails throughout the weekend in order to keep up.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, however, we still plan and hope to deliver the best possible event to those that are able to attend.

Received the following email April 29th:

 Hello Dallas,

 Firstly we apologize that it has taken longer than anticipated to announce the new tour dates. We have been working around the clock with venues to try and find the best possible fit, as well as ensuring that the dates work with Ryan Buell and Michelle Belanger (who we are proud to announce has come on board to co-host the event. She is the co-star of "Paranormal State," and is considered one of the most respected psychics in the country).

 We have narrowed down the tentative new tour dates, which you can find below. We are about a day away from finalizing details. We know you have all been patient and so many of you have sent messages of encouragement and understanding. It's for that reason alone that we are working to get this up, and once the dates are finalized, we will then start rolling out some exciting new announcements that are being added to the tour, including the possibility of surprise guests.

 Dallas - May 17th / May 18th

 Dallas - Adolphus Hotel

 As stated above, we are excited to announce that Michelle Belanger will be joining Ryan. The two will talk about some of the investigations they have shared on Paranormal State, including some of the most well-known episodes. Michelle's knowledge covers a wide range of topics in the paranormal such as, remote viewing, dream walking, various beliefs and theories on demonic and regular hauntings. Michelle is considered one of the most well-known psychics in the country. She also does not charge for readings or for her assistance in helping people with their cases.

 Once the dates are finalized (and we are nearly there!), we will then send another email which will detail how to transfer your current ticket towards the new dates, as well as how we will be processing refunds for anyone who is unable to attend. Please do not reply to this email asking for a refund. Instructions on the refund process will be issued in another email, once the dates and venues have been solidified.

 Thank you for your patience and understanding. We hope that you will be able to join us for the tour. Stayed tuned for more announcements, as well as some fun surprises.

They finally got a date April 29th:

 Dear Dallas,

 We are pleased to announce that the new dates for the lecture is Sunday, May 18th. The main lecture will take place between 7-9pm. Below you will find times for Silver and Gold VIP Meet-Ups. We will also be offering a meet-up on Saturday, May 17th for those who are available. Also, we will be hosting a special evening reception on Saturday from 10-12am. Details to come later this week. For Gold and Silver VIPS, you will be able to sign-up later this week for your preferred slot. We wanted to send you this e-mail with the new dates so you can reserve the time. From this point on, we will be updating you on information involving the event. We plan to offer some new events leading up to the program, so stay tuned.

We would like to thank you all for being so patient with us while we work hard to reschedule the tour.  As you all know, Mr. Chip Coffey informed us that he was unable to attend the tour due to unforeseen circumstances.  Although we are just as sad as you are to learn that Mr. Coffey is unable to attend, the show must go on, and we are very pleased to announce that "Paranormal State" co-star and psychic Michelle Belanger will be joining Ryan Buell on the tour.  To clarify, "Conversations With The Dead" has not been canceled, it has simply been rescheduled.

 

For those of you who've been eagerly awaiting information on the rescheduled tour dates, an e-mail was sent to you containing the new dates, locations and scheduling info.  If you never received an e-mail with the new dates, please e-mail us at [email protected] immediately. 3) For those of you who cannot make it to the event and are requesting a refund or a credit to a future PRS Event or Webinar (please refer to the terms and conditions you agreed to when you purchased the ticket), we have supplied a form (called Formstack) for you to fill out so we can process your request faster. We're sorry to hear that you will not be joining us for our "Conversations with the Dead" tour but we understand that plans are sometimes hard to make. As stated in the terms and conditions purchase agreement, you may elect to choose a credit, in which the monetary balance of your purchase price can be contributed to a future PRS Event or Webinar.  You may also choose to donate your ticket to someone who would be otherwise be unable to go without your generosity.  Lastly, due to the unique circumstance, you may request a refund. Valid, approved refund requests will be issued 30-60 days from the refund request date.  If you choose to pursue a refund request, please understand that we are limited in the way we can refund you your money.  PayPal has made several unpopular changes on how they allow refunds, and they only allow people who made recent purchases to request a refund.  Therefore, for all valid and approved refund requests, we will be issuing you a refund check in the mail.  This will be our preferred method.  We will try to work with each and every one of you, as we know every case is unique.  EVERYONE requesting a refund is asked to use our Formstack EVEN IF YOU HAVE ALREADY SENT US A REQUEST OR PROOF OF PURCHASE.

GUESS WHAT HAPPENED AGAIN?  YOU BET- IT "RESCHEDULED" WITH NO DATE!!!

AND THE BEST PART?  THE FORM DOES NOT WORK!

Dear attendees,

We'd like to thank you for the understanding and patience you have shown throughout this process of rescheduling the tour. We are grateful that, despite all the set backs, you have still decided to join us on our Conversations with the Dead Tour featuring Ryan Buell and Michelle Belanger. With this in mind, we are unfortunately announcing we will not be able to do the tour this week and will have to reschedule for dates in July. We acknowledge we made the mistake of rescheduling it too soon, as we wanted to hold it for you guys as soon as possible, however, now, we have decided the best option is for pushing this back to July, which will give us, and all of you, plenty of time to prepare.

We understand flights and hotels have been booked and that you deserve an explanation as to why this tour needs to be rescheduled again. A separate email written by the Director and host, Ryan Buell, and will be sent to you tonight which will further explain as to what is going on with the tour, and why we've had to postpone it.

The new schedule for the Chicago - Dallas - Boston stops is set to run between July 24-29. As soon as we get confirmations from the venues, we will let you know of specific dates and locations.

For anyone unable to make the July dates, you will be able to submit a refund request. A link to the Formstack refund request form is included below. If you had already submitted a refund request and are now able to attend the July dates, please let us know, and we will be happy to accommodate you.
