Cook Family Construction - Handy Matty Helper Homeowner Beware!!! Matt Cook is a Mess Mesa - Chandler - Gilbert Arizona
NOTHING Matt Cook did was acceptable. EVERYTHING Matt did had to be redone. Thankfully Matt Cook sent his friends to repairor redo new work. However, now that I have a bad patio roof, Matt Cook, Matt's wife, and Matt's friends have stopped returning my telephone calls or text messages. Matt installed the roof tar paper/felt stuff UPSIDE DOWN!!! THE RAIN WILL FLOW UNDER THE LAYER BELOW RATHER THAN ON TOP OF THE LAYER BELOW!!! The wood the roofing is intended to protect will rot due to Matt Cook's work. And yes, he charged and was paid $1300 for a new patio roof, 10 x 24 Bad Matty. The fence and gate Matt built was made with 1" drywall screws and has all fallen apart within two months. Bad Matty.
Matt Cook seems like a nice guy, but his work is terrible. Also, Matt won the heart of my daughter to get the job and then had his wife bring him lunch. Matt spent most of his days smoking and pacing in my yard then asked for more money to cover his time. After the work started falling apart I learned how Matt Cool had seduced my daughter to get her recommendation for he job.
