COOL AIR USA OUT OF SOUTHERN FLORIDA MIAMI/FT LAUDERDALE AREA. BUT WORKS AN RUNS ADS ALL OVER. since install of brand new 4 ton system, failed first inspection, was reporting to a man named morty, then after second time I had reported the plenum had not sealed an came apart , cooling attic not home, 1 of 3 owners service,manger extremely rude yelling, hanging up, had no regards that I was paralyzed an I need air working. mademe wait 3 days to get someone here when I was told that it would be next morning, again lies for days while I'm worried about electric bill, condensation dripping from vents, was told my ducts needed replaced, got second opinion ducts are fine except for the plenum they messed up. They are real scammers who actually even get rude with you, hangup on youeven with 5 year protection warranty, so now I call trane, BBB an probably the local news. I'm disabled an on fixed income and these are people taking advantage of me. Florida

This company is a joke. Failed inspection. I've had the plenum come off 5 times now since March 2014. Service manager actually one of three owners, tried to say I've never called before yet after being hung up on, rude mouth, names an childish behavior, I have emails to prove they went to his employee Morty. Which I will be needing, after realizing we were having issues again with outside unit making noises, an condensation on inside vent an not cooling off except at night barely, yep plenum off again. So I got another ac company to come an yes it cost me but I wanted more evidence because these people lie so much. So I call an call I'm told they're coming now to fix to only have someone show up an they cant even fix the issue that after tests I have almost no freon in system, plenum cooling attic again, an again no show.
I've explained I'm paralyzed and can't be left in bed hot, but I guess they think it's funny to make me wait day's to come and not really fix. Now my plenum is beyond repair. Mind you the system I replaced was a 1985 unit, an in 10 years being in home never had issues except high electric bill. I've never been treated this way, they got paid, but they're workers broke screen door, asked once to use bathroom, then ended up using my fridge an bathroom without asking again.
So I'm still waiting on the people to show up to fix, so now to city an inspector's coming to see an take report, an then BBB, then ADA an I'm going to get some sort of help on my electric bill. 5 month's of headache, now to county clerk to file other paperwork. Please don't use this company. They lie, lie, an lie. They dont care. They scam you. And seems I wish I knew this site before to late. You get what you pay for.
