Cooley Mazda and Volkswagon Biggest Mistake yet Rensselaer, New York
Sold me horrible car, lied that they would add new tires and the boot for convertible. When I called to ask when I could bring in for parts promised they told me they had no idea what I was talking about and my salesman no lionger works there. I brought back in for service under warranty -they finagled more money out of me for "uncovered parts" and not only did I see my salesman but they stole my flower holder and sunglasses out of my car. Biggest scumbags I have ever met!! Wish I never walked through those doors!!!! Thanks for making me wary of all dealers
