I searched for a replacement keyboard for my laptop. I found it with the exact model number of my laptop and the correct part number of the keyboard. What I received was a used keyboard, and not the correct keyboard. This was clearly a RIPOFF.
There was no indication that this 'company' was based in China. I ordered the part on November 21, 2010. Paypal was charged that same day. On December 10, 2010, I received a packed that had a return address of:

There were customs labels and a shipping stamp that indicated that the part was shipped on 12/04/2010. I immediately sent and email requesting a credit....
No Response.
