Copart Auction says car "runs and drive" But NO NO, as it is front damaged but hidden with new front bumper Houston, Texas

I placed a bid on Civic 2012 that was rollover that says "Runs and Drive" and it only need body work all over by looking at pictures . Later I found that car had no battery and steerling wheel airbag cut in the faded pictures. The car was front damaged that was hidden by placing a new front bumper and both broken fenders (after taking bumps off) were placed by regular screws from top and inside
I didn't get any help from the copart representative. however I had it towed and but unfortunaltely car wouldn't start (shutsoff right after 2-3 second) even after showing it to three autoshop and spent close to $2000 already to fix it.
My concern is when copart says that "runs and drive on its own power" and the shows no battery in picture, it also displays the odometer even when there is no battery. It looks like copart was behind helping the seller to sell this junk because two airbags were cut and wasn't shown in pictures.
I want to go to the court and wanted to see if anyone knows any lawyer who has been in this business. I will greatly appreciate any help on this matter. Email me at (((email redacted)))
