Cindy, Can you post the date and title of this article so we can look it up? I went to the Houston Chronicle website, but was unable to find the exact article referred to. Rip-offReport.com editor's will often remove url's for various reasons as explained in the "Why we removed a url" link at the end of your report. I want to read this article, as Rip-offReport.com is itself a target of these same "frivolous nuisance" suits you refer to. Rather than "cleaning up their acts", these companies file suit against this forum for daring to expose them! These suits are designed to remove this forum entirely from public view and do away with this consumer resource. I do not want to see this happen, so am interested in anything that will expose these dastardly corporations in this "kill the messenger" game they are playing. Thanks!

Their goal is to destroy the middle class so there will only be rich and poor. The threat to America are the corrupt and greedy corporations who evade income tax by having home offices overseas. They cause poverty in this country by exporting jobs to countries like India. At the pace they are outsourcing jobs there will be no employment. The corporations are turning the US into a fascist state by attacking freedom of speech except theirs. Our true leaders in power are the unelected corporate owners. The blame for the bad economy can fall squarely on the corrupt businesses like Enron and Worldcom. They get to keep their ill-gotten gains and sit at their pool of their mansions while the people they defraud are thrown into the street. World.com was rewarded for its fraudulent practices with a contract to rebuild Iraq communications systems. The coporate owners remind me of the pigs in the book animal farm. Their attitude is all are created equal but some are more equal than others.
