Cory G. Hicks & Associates - Zack Smith Deceptive Humiliating Self-Centered Unethical ILLEGAL Tucson Arizona
I am here to inform all the other victims of this top of the charts wanna be collection firm Cory G. Hicks, about my issues,which include several harassing calls per day including my business cell phone in which I have no idea how my # was gotten as this is new service. I do not always answer these calls as my assistant does at times, and on these calls between Hicks and my assistant Hicks is trying to obtain personal info about me such as,my banking institution,what other firms I have contracts with on a daily basis,my family's where abouts and there contact info.
I do also want to inform other complaintants that I was verbally threatened by Zack Smith a rep from Hicks stating that I will be sued in a court of law within Missouri jurisdiction, which will accrue a large interest penality and other fees,not disclosed. I also to top things off was told in the same conversation that I had a PI,private Investigator who will follow me around and obtain personal info. about me. I said do what you have to do but I will seek legal counsel. I am worried to death that my business dealings, bank accounts, and my family is in danger as I feel we and my business are being haunted and traced under there microscope.
I have made contact with the original creditor and of course they say its out of there hands and all dealings are to be with Hicks. As far as I'm concerned I will NOT share any info with Hicks nor pay there scamming firm. I will deal with them in court and I will complain,complain,and complain till they recieve there payback......JUSTIFICATION
