Cosmetique Sends You Products and Invoice For Cosmetics You Never Ordered Palantine Illinois
Cosmetique sends you a package in the mail for products and membership to their "beauty club" along with an invoice, even though you didn't order or join anything! They expect payment for the products they've sent you without your permission and include a $1.25 late fee for each subsequent statement or collection notice if not paid. In addition, you are automatically a member of their club and will continue to get and be charged for products every month.
After receiving this package in the mail, I called immediately to notify them that I wasn't interested and never joined their club. The customer service rep kept telling me that she showed that I had placed an online order and gave me the supposed date. I never placed such an order or ever joined anything. Then, she gave me instructions on how to return everything and not be charged or sent future packages. I let her know how upset I was that I was going to have to go through all this for something I never even signed up for or ordered!
Now, I have to go out of my way to return everything and make sure they've cancelled my "membership", so that I won't receive any further invoices!
