The mask arrived the evening of 9/8/11. When I opened the package the mask was sticking to itself and pulling paint off where it was sticking. Being florida (hot) I placed it in a air conditioned room to see if this fixed the problem. On 9/9/11 it was still the same. I work as a nurse and worked 16 hour shifts Sat, Sun and Monday. I checked the mask again on Tuesday 9/12/11 , it was no better and still sticking to itself. I attempted to call Costume Craze on Wed and could not get through. I called again on Thursday 9/13/11 and spoke with April" at customer service. She informed me that "I waited too long" and they could not refund or exchange the item. I reminded her that it has been less than a week and made every effort to see if the problem would correct itself before calling for a refund. She stated that I should have called right away and said she couldn't help me further. Their posted "worry- free" return policy states 30 days for a refund..... (After 30 days store credit). This mask is not listed as a clearance item or listed as an item not returnable. I have copies of everything. This is currently in dispute. This is a disgusting way to treat customers!
