Country Inn Suites Carlson Chester VA OUT OF TOWELS Chester Virginia
Country Inn and Suites Chester Va was the dirtiest place I have laid my head in a very long time. The items cleaned in the place were the shower and beds. There were dust webs everywhere in my room. The one elevator was filthy. I had to use the laundry twice while I was there. I don't think an employee even looked into this room once to clean it. After a long day I get back to the hotel to find the maid did not clean the room. I called down to the front desk for fresh towels and they told me they were out. I had to get change from the front desk to wash hotel towels in their laundry room so I could have a towel to use that wasn't laying on the room floor waiting for the maid to pick up. I did have a choice the 1800 number suggested I go out and buy my own towels to use. I challenge you to visit this place and not see the dirt ground into the carpets going up the stairs or anywhere you look. I wouldn't have stayed the first night if not for nonrefundable reservations. I learned to lessons on this trip. Never reserve nonrefundable and never stay at Country Inn and Suites
How do you shower without towels?
It says on my bill...."At Country Inns & Suites By Carlson we have one goal: to treat guests like family. We do this by delivering caring, consistent and comfortable hospitality, with a touch of home."
I do not recieve this!
