We refinanced our mortgage with one compant and soon after recieved notice that Countrywide Home Loans hadpurchased our loan. We had been makingour regular mortgage payments when one month our mortgage statement had a missed paymenton it. I immediatly contacted the company and alerted them about the missing payment. I was told by a representative that they did not recieve out July 2006 payment. I told them we had never missed a payment and they were very rude and unprofessional. I explained to them that I would get a copy of the payment from the bank. I rushed to the bank and obtained a copy of the July payment. I faxed it over to Countrywide for there review and expected them to fix the problem. They told me that they meant the Auguest payment. I was very upset and asked them what was going on? They told me I missed the August payment. I went back to my bank and got a copy of my last 12 months of payments. I gave them Jan-Dec and was sure that since all of the months had payments it would be resolved. That was a year and a half ago. We still have not recieved credit for the missing payment and they have even gone as far as to threaten us with forclosure. Additionally, when we refinanced again, they toldme that my car would have to be paid off in order to have the loan go through because of the income to debt ratio...they under paid and now I owe money on my car 3 years later.

I am very disappointed with the service we have received from Countrywide and I would never consider doing business with them in the future.
