Upon reading your pathethic problem and both your butchering of the King's language and your futile attempts to spell words correctly, it's no wonder you are losing your home to foreclosure. You have to possess the common sense and intelligence to write a check and mail your payment. You show no signs of being able to do either.

Countrywide wont let me pay my note off

A weeke ago i got a writ to asst. and was told I had 10 days to get out because my home was bought and I didnt even know anything about. Well to make a long story short my house is not sold. When Countrywide foreclose on me they sent a card to let me know what they did but I never got it they sent to my Mother in law that lives in another town. so anyway in the processes of trying to get my things out and getting someone to help get my loan out of Countrywide. Countrywide, wont let the people i call know what the payoff is. Can anyone help me, with rip-off Countrywide.
