Countrywide ripoff the business that doesn't give a dam tricked and lied to us Simi valley California

Im a 60 year old female. I bought this home 7 years ago my payments were 289.00 then went to 398.99 then to 529.00 now they are upping them again.
I have called them and asked them to work with me since my health went downhill i have only one kidney and took on raising my grandson. I still work as much as possible im a nurses aid full time.
I ended up using my 401k and filed bankruptcy. The help i got from them was get out of the house. No let us see what we can do for you just get out.
Is this the American way to help the unfortunate poor people who work all their life? This home is no good to anyone else but me and my grandson, it needs minor repairs which i don't have money for since im trying to keep a roof over our heads.
I tried to get help from the pa mortgage a*s. emergency well guess what?, they said mismanagement of money i just laughed then cried, how can that be i don't have money for groceries every week we get by but its hard.
