Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
We purchased an outdoor furniture/patio set at Albertsons grocery store in November, 2007 for $300 thinking we'd gotten a great deal.

Opened the package and it was missing hardware and seat cushions were damaged.

Called 800 number on paperwork requesting parts. It is now January 30th and we have called them repeatedly asking for our parts - we continually get new commitments as to when we'll receive and we get nothing.

When I told them I'm not happy that I purchased an outdoor set that I cannot use, customer service rep told me that I can return to the store. Oh, no I can't! I called Albertsons and they said they will not take the set back b/c it's been over 30 days since I purchased and they don't like to take back seasonal items! So, I'm stuck with this $300 patio furniture that I can't even assemble to use!

I asked to speak to a manager and rep told me that there is no one else that can help me. "I will get my parts when I get them, madam!" This was her answer no matter how much I plead to speak to a manager and in the end, she just said, "You didn't buy anything from us." What? She said that they are just a customer svc company in Toronto, CANADA that was hired to take calls for the patio furniture company and they don't really want to hear my complaints about how they did me wrong!

Terrible, terrible customer service. Don't be lured by the cheap prices on this outdoor furniture, because you will not be able to use it if it's missing parts and they will not do anything to help you if it is!

*Don't forget to read how Walmart, & many of the BIG banks in the USA who received TAXPAYER'S money have taken out 'secret life insurance policies' on their employees. Simply 'Google' the following 3 articles and read them-

I am glad to have read your report and for looking this site up prior to my buying the exact same swing you have purchased. I am now not going to buy anything from this company and have chosen another manufacturer. I am sorry about your purchase but hope that my discision not to buy has in some way vindicated your experience..

I also purchased a patio set a couple years ago from a local super market. The material on two of the chairs faded and deteriorated. The other two did not show any wear. All were left year around in the Colorado sun. I had the origional paperwork that came with the set and called Courtyard Creations. Since I had the Material Code, they were able to send me new seats for the two defective ones. Also, the usual price was $30 ea. (because they were out of warranty), but they only charged me $20 ea. which included freight. I was very happy with the customer service and their ability to fix the problem. Chuck
