I asked Cox to reduce my expensive cable bill and they would not even try to help. My cable TV was scheduled to go off on
December 17 and as retaliation, turned the cable off on December 9th so no TV for a week. Cox is an Fk up company and way over priced. Went with Direct TV for half the price with movie channels, DVR and all the football games. Cox, bite me.
