CP Direct Longitude in MAXIM Issue Dec. 2001 (3 full-page advertisement) CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARDS!
In late November, I received MAXIM's December 2001 Issue, pages 227-229, and saw an advertisement for LONGitude. Instead of calling in, I went to their website:

I purchased 1 bottle and sent it back after 16 days to their return mailing address. In the first week of January, I received a package from CP Direct. I thought it was my refund, but it felt like another bottle--and it was. They had billed my credit card account AGAIN! At that point, I kept the package and continued calling their phone number.
In the first week of February, I received yet ANOTHER package from them. I was ALSO billed for this one. Every day since I received that package, I have called their phone number at all times during the day. It's pathetic, but I actually sat in my room doing homework all day and hit the REDIAL button every 15 minutes during their "open customer service hours."
TODAY: I called their order number (1-800-518-3492) and warned the operator about a class action lawsuit because of their non-existent "customer service line." He asked me for the first 12 digits of my credit card, my name, and my phone number. He said that I would receive a phone call from someone in "customer service" within 24 to 48 hours to help me cancel everything. Honestly, I don't know why he couldn't cancel it himself and have customer service send me my $150.00 refund. But now, hopefully we can all make $1,500++ for our time calling them, paying for postage to send the bottle(s) back, and the serious inconvenience inflicted on our daily lives--like cancelling credit cards.
