CPS Specialize Scott Malone Scott Malone AKA CPS Specialize Ripp off artist Troutdale, Oregon
I am a pilot car service out of California escorting oversize loads. I did some work for a company out of Troutdale, Oregon.
Company owners name: Scott Malone, Company name: CPS Specialized LLC. DOT 2102865
I took him from port of San Diego to the Oregon line. My invoice was in the amount of $1366. He has changed his MC/ DOT and company name a few times that I know of because he ripped off other pilots in my area. I had a collection agent work with me to try and get my bill paid. When the agent finally got a hold of Mr. Malone he just laughed at him and told him good luck getting any payment from him. I am trying every avenue I can think of. I believe this guy should be shut down. I know of a few truck drivers that have also been ripped off by him. Contacted Oregon district attorney. No help at all. I guess this is the way they do business in Oregon.
