That company is a SCAM!! Research them on the net. They've been scamming people for years! They charge you an upfront fee and promise they will win your case but two months later the credit card company charged the money back to my card. Turns out they just disputed the charges on my account as fraud and never provided anything. They got their money and now they are GONE! WHAT A SCAM!!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANYTHING! They will get you a temp credit but its not impermanent until the credit card company researches the charge which they original scam company is sure to respond. NOW I have been scammed twice! This is ridiculous! PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS! They post comments everywhere as a scammed victim who used crconsumerresources llc and got there money back with there services. SCAM! They post all there comments as Ccook1963

CR Resources is the Same Company as Zenuity, Web Strategies, & All American Web Consulting. All the companies like Zenuity do nothing but steal people's money, the facts don't lie and the FBI and Arizona State Police & Investigators are on this case and will get satisfaction for all the people who have been robbed by Kenny Lester, Tom Haden, & Earl Mincer. If you want the contact information of two of the heads of Zenuity who also is the same company as All American Web Consulting and several other company names that all do the same thing, steal people's hardworking money. My name is Mike M. and I hired CR Consumer Resources for a case that I thought was impossible to win. I was a victim of Insiders Edge for the sum of $27,000. After Insiders Edge refused to refund my money, I kind of threw my hands up in the air and didnt know where to turn. I found CR Consumer Resources online.  CR Consumer Resources started working on my case in June, 2011. Insiders Edge had put transactions on 3 different credit cards. CR Consumer Resources did the work and disputed all 3 transactions for me. When the banks would send me letters requesting more information, I would send them to CR Consumer Resources and they did the work for me and sent all requested information to the banks. I was able to recover the money put on 2 of my credit cards after going back and forth with them several times and received a full and permanent credit on both within a few months for $12,000. This was long after temporary credits were given and then re-billed to my account. CR Consumer Resources never stopped after the temporary credit was taken off of my statement, they kept fighting for me. One charge was with another bank credit card for a $15,000 transaction and this bank would not budge. The bank denied my dispute with Insiders Edge after giving me a temporary credit and then re-billing my account for the amount. CR Consumer Resources did not stop fighting for me again. CR Consumer Resources kept going back and forth with this bank for several months. Jay Rosen even took the time to get on a 3 way call with card member services to speak with the person working on my case but they still would not honor my dispute. After the final letter this bank sent, stating that they would not dispute the charge anymore, CR Consumer Resources took my case to the banks Corporate Headquarters with my claim and all of my documentation and ultimately, the letters and hard work from CR Consumer Resources paid off for me. I got my $15,000 back as a permanent credit. If it werent for CR Consumer Resources I would have lost $27,000 that I would not have been able to pay off. This company fought for me for 7 months and never charged me extra fees for the extra work and time put into my case. I would also like to mention that CR Consumer Resources never claimed to be lawyers and never promised that they could win my case but they did and I am grateful that I hired them to help me.

You said that they "promise they will win your case."  This sounds to me like they are posing as attorneys.  Even if they are not presenting themselves explicitly as attorneys, they may be offering services that only attorneys may provide.

Neither Jay Rosen nor Karen Rosen are listed as members of the State Bar of Arizona.  I would strongly suggest that you file a complaint with that agency.

Looking at this complaint and all of the keywords that the poster used, it is to rank negative results for this company on search engines inquiries, like a Google search for example. The poster that made this complaint has knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and is threatened  by their competitor more than likely.  It's a shame that Ripoff Report lets this happen to reputable companies and it's quite pathetic that a competitor has to resort to these means. I'd like to see the author of this complaint post a statement or invoice showing that they were actually a client. Let's see some proof Janice B. It's quite easy to post a JPEG of your invoice or credit card statement on Ripoff Report, showing that you honestly ever made a transaction with this company. If you are a competitor, maybe you should consider a new line of work since you are obviously a liar. Maybe your clients should be the worried ones.

Exact Opposite Experience with Consumer Resources LLC

I have had the exact opposite experience with Consumer Resources than the complaining consumer had in his above narative.  First of all I had been ripped off by a company with many names (MS enterprises, Mychoice Business Services) in the amount of $3500.  Looking into this company on various ripoff reports and scam reports I found numerous positive references to a company,CR Consumer Resources LLC, as a company to help you get your money back.  I reviewed their website and found multiple positive testimonies that backed up the positive experiences I had read in numerous reports.  I called the company and talked to Jay Rosen the company owner.  I gave him the complete history of my experiences with My Choice Business Services/MS Enterprises and asked him his opinion.  He stated that he could help me but did not guarantee that we would be 100% successful.  He also told me what the cost would be for the service.  I told him that I would like a week to think about it since I did not want to lose any aditional money.  During that week I did not receive any calls from Mr. Rosen pushing his services at all!  I finally decided to go with CR Consumer Resources if only to provide negative consumer feedback on a company that I believed was causing a lot of problems with honest people investing in a very poor investment/ possible scam.  It had already been 9 months since my investment and I was unsure whether CR could get my money back via my credit card company.  

Within a week a wonderful woman by the name of Christ L. contacted me and provided a thorough explanation/strategy that they would use to get a refund on my credit card account (GE Credit via a PayPal Mastercard).  This was the card I used to  pay for the $3500 investment.

I provided a detailed narative of all of my experiences with MyChoice Business Services, all receipts, and my credit card statements to her.  Multiple consumer complaints were filed with the BBB, US government organizations and the credit card company.  In the meantime MyChoice was arguing with me stating they would not refund a single penny.   Initially, the credit card company refunded all money to my account.  The merchant sent a series of documents back with bogus information to my credit card company disputing my claims.  The credit card comany recharged my card and allowed 2 weeks to respond with additional information/evidence for a final ruling.  This is when Consumer Resources really dug in their heels and went the extra mile finding evidence that MyChoice had altered information it sent to my credit card company.  This information plus a more detailed narative by me and more additional reports to the BBB and the Federal consumer agencies  were submitted.  CR also sent copies of this info to MyChoice stating that we would continue to fight them until I received a refund.   

Within a week of this last info being sent out I was contacted by MyChoice and was told that they would not fight me any longer and would refund all money via GE Credit.   A 3 month battle was over and I would get my money back.

Without CR Consumer Resources I would never had known what to do or whom to contact.  My payment to Consumer Resources was worth every penny!  I cannot recommend them enough!  And, based on multiple reports that I have read they have truly helped many scammed investors!  I must say that anyone looking to hire CR Consumer Resources must get all the evidence together plus a detailed narative of what actions occured and provide this information to them.  One thing I did find was that Christy L. continually provided me with updates and status as to the actions they were implementing.  Their communication was excellent!  Jay Rosen also stayed in the loop talking to me on numerous occasions.  At all times I felt like I had an incredible team supporting me.

I don't understand what happened to the above complaining consumer as their experience was the exact antithisis that I had and multiple other CR Consumer Resources LLC clients had! 

They are not scammers and have not been scamming people for years! That statement in the original report is a complete falsehood!

CR Consumer Resources helped a consumer, Donna B., from Indiana, after she had been scammed by Solid Ad Solutions, Flashpoint Marketing and Biltmore Marketing Group for over $15,000. With the help of CR Consumer Resources she was able to get back her full investment plus the interest and fees that she had paid on her credit cards. Donna B. writes to CR Consumer Resources:

 Thank you so much for your support and encouragement.  I would never have gotten any of this money back if Jay Rosen of CR Consumer Resources had not contacted me. I still cant believe this has worked out.  I just thought there was nothing that could be done about all the money I had invested and I was just a victim of my poor judgment.  Thank you so much for taking on all three of my cases and working through all my questions and doubts.
