Well, I will start this off by stating the facts of what happened. I started orientation at CR England on Sunday, December 9, 2011 in Burns Harbor, IN. I took the DOT physical as well as the drug and alcohol test, which they send it to Salt Lake City, UT for uriananalyss. At this point, I knew everything was going good, so on a Tuesday the 11th I was called out off class by my recruiter. She stated that I needed to call the UT office, so I did.

After calling another recruiter at the UT office they told me that they need me to get some more work history, because the company I worked for over a year only verified me for 6 months. Their other office is in Burns Harbor, IN where they held the orientation and training and I live in Chicago, IL. Since I drove my own car there I left after class I went all the way home and got some more paycheck stubs and other records to show them that I worked for this other company for over a year.

The next day I faxed everything to the Salt Lake City, UT office and called the recruiter to see if she got everything and she said yes. So, later on that day she called me back and told me that I am cleared for hire and due for hire Friday. Now keep in mind that I passed all of the training, received my driver certification card, my medical Examiner certificate, COM check card, COM data card, and pay roll card. At this point my instructor told me that I will be moved from the first hotel to another hotel, which is for drivers who are going on the road for 30 days.

So, I am happy at this point, by 3:30pm the same day they are telling me that they are going to change me from a three day program to the Seven day program, because I need to stay one more week in training. According to them I needed more driving. Now keep in mind that I passed the road test and have the paper work to prove everything. So I agreed to stay five more days. Again on Thursday of the same week the recruiter calls my instructor telling her I need to come back to the office and call her, so I did. She is telling me now that I needed two more months of driving experience or they will have to dismiss me from the program Friday. So I told her I did not have it, everything that I had I already faxed it to her.

After that I went in to see my recruiter in the Burns Harbor, IN office. So I went in her office and was turning in all of the  COM data cards, and Flying J cards, she asked what are you doing you do for hire and cleared to work. I told her what the main office in UT told me and she said,Sorry I dont understand. I said me too and left. Before I could get to the hotel and check out they were already calling me to check out before I could get in and out the door. So that Friday I got a call from the recruiter telling me to call the UT office ,so now I am thinking they made a mistake and want me to come back in for work. I called the office and now they tell me I tested positive for weed, which I have never done.

She then tells me I can come back in and retest for 180 dollars that I did not have from buying food all that week. I told her there must be some mistake or something got mix up in the box where all of the tests go to shipped to in UT. So, now I ask about my money for the days in class and out driving, she tells me that someone will be calling me back. I also told her that I will come back in for retest and they can take that out of the money that they owe from orientation, and she said someone will call you back, now this is the MRO I was speaking with.  TO this day I have not heard anything.

The icing on the cake is that I logged onto Hire Right, so I get a copy of my DAC report, and I found a bigger lie that CR England posted, which is that I tested positive for a controlled substance. So they have lied and lied over and over to me and now they have lied on my DAC. I still have not been paid for my training and no other company will hire me because of theses lies. So, if anyone knows what I can do to file a lawsuit please let me know, and how I can get this cleared off of my DAC report. I dont do any type of drugs and never have. I guess this is a way for them to not pay and mess up my DAC report so I wont get hired by any other company. If anyone can help me I will be very thankful to you. And what company send drug test hundreds of miles away?

I can't help but think there is more to this story but seeing who your talking about says it all.I wouldn't worry to much about your dac report because to many companies are useing this service to blacklist drivers, and all of the honest trucking companies know this.I would keep putting applications in with everyone, sooner or later someone will take a chance with you.As far as a law suit the only way that is possible if you can come up with about 15 grand and then they won't promise you anything. These companies have been doing these things for years and gotten away with it.The only thing that hurts them in the long run is they can't get drivers, that is why the train.

I wish you nothing but the best and God Bless.
