I have a craftmatic bed and the frame is broke i paid over $5,550.00 dollars for it. i like to have a new one but they told me i got to pay $3,500.00 to replace it.i should not after to paid to replace it they schould send me a new frame.when you paid that much money for a bed they should stand by their product but they dont they want more money.
