Debbie Rotter (Terminated) False And Misleading Online Post
The transaction in question was regarding a property that was "underwater". The seller was misrepresented and led to believe that he was to receive a substantial windfall; approximately $20,000.
I was able to negotiate with the seller's lender, facilitate inspections and repairs in order to close escrow without the transaction being a short-sale.
We closed several months later. Debbie tried to stop escrow, alleging improprieties, none of which were true and was terminated.
I feel that slanderous, insulting posts like this should be removed.
If Debbie in Santa Monica, the author of the complaint, had a legitimate complaint, she should have filed a formal complaint with the our Board of Realtors Ethics Panel or filed a case with their Mediation Resolution Board. We suggested that she do so. She did not. We are all members of our Board of Realtors and all disputes should go through them. You would think that if she had a legitimate case to get paid about $13,500 in a dispute with another real estate company she would take the simple action to have a hearing and be awarded the money. She obviously did not do so because she was certain she had no case and could not win. Instead she attempted to extort money from our company by threatening to post negative remarks about us online. She made the post on your website.
Debbie in Santa Monica posted falsehoods online and she harassed Craig Sellers and she threatened and harassed me, Ralph Nedelkoff. As Broker, Team Leader and General Manager of my company, I was advised by my Owner and CEO Linda Blagman to stop talking to Debbie in Santa Monica and advise her to take action through the proper channels. We consulted two attorneys in making our decision. One was our corporate attorney and one was a former director with the US Justice Department.
As Craig Sellers' immediate supervisor at the time, I reviewed all aspects of the case and was convinced that he did absolutely nothing wrong. Debbie in Santa Monica was upset because she worked for a client as a real estate agent for 2 years and was not successful in getting his property sold. When her client fired her and hired Craig, he sold it within 3 weeks. She wanted part of Craig's commission if not all of it, however there was no reason or written agreement to pay her anything from our proceeds that we earned. She had a one year opportunity to earn money with this client and then she was terminated. She has no right to slander us and blemish our reputations.
Debbie in Santa Monica has unethically written falsehoods about Craig Sellers and me, and has attempted slander and character assassination. Because she was so threatening to us and our good reputations both personally and to our company, we were advised by our legal counsel to leave her alone, not do anything to provoke more of her wrath and stop all communications with her.
Please remove her post from your website Even four years later, her online post is a threat to Craig Seller's career. She has cost opportunities for more business in our careers over the past 4 years.
Also, although my name, Ralph Nedelkoff, was deleted from the actual report, there is still an extremely insulting and slanderous reference to me and characterization of me on the heading on Google search for: ripoff report nedelkoff. Please delete that as well.

I telephoned the Keller Williams in the Marina to speak with a manager named Ralph Nedelkoff hoping to get this resolved. I was shocked to receive a callback from Ralph and hear him screaming "Get lost! You will not get one penny!" This so called manager is now scared because apparently Mr.Craig Sellers NEVER cleaned up the file before closing and there is fraud written all over it. And I thought Craig did, b/c we're SUPPOSED TO! So they're sitting there with a BAD file, and they want me to get lost b/c I know about it. I was not surprised to hear this fat oompa loompa screaming so loud and placing blame on me. "I" cancelled, referred it to Craig to clean up and close if he could. Sounds like Mr. Craig did not disclose one word about that file. That I withdrew, why I withdrew, the fraudulent notaries, nothing! Hmm,, I wonder why he didn't disclose that important info to Keller Williams?? Hmm, and Keller Williams closed escrow on it, Craig Sellers never told them anything and are now sitting on a dirty deed. But b/c Craig Sellers did not disclose anything and closed it, I guess Keller Williams HAS to blame it on SOMEONE. They made their money, and it sounds like Keller Williams is just as dirty as Craig Sellers. Now let's talk about that "team leader" over there at Keller in the Marina. He supposedly used to be really super successful at real estate, made big money but decided that he LOVES helping instead, even though he doesn't make a dime at it, so THAT'S why he's taken such a big step backwards! NOW i get it! B/c he likes helping better! OK ;) I first met him at a luncheon, he lied to my team leader and said that I was meeting HIM there b/c I wanted to move there (I was actually meeting Craig for lunch). Yeah, until I saw who they had as a team leader. I couldn't believe Craig thought Ralph was God! He was this fat, sloppy looser who lied to me when I asked him why he doesn't do real estate anymore, once I got that lame answer/excuse, I couldn't figure out why Craig was so thrilled to move there. Why couldn't Ralph just be honest and say that he failed in the real estate world or something? Ralph Jack-Off Nedelkoff was extremely rude and unprofessional. He cussed me out, screamed at me like the b***h he is, blamed me for his retarded sales agent (Craig Sellers) closing escrow on something that should have never been closed (duhh, that's why we canceled you idiot), and didn't want to take the responsibility for them closing on something that shouldn't have if it was not further cleaned up. Hmm, maybe Craig Sellers should have disclosed to you??? You would think that Ralph would wonder HOW Craig Sellers just out of the clear blue sky, got a seller, a buyer, the completed and accepted offer, and closed in 2 weeks? Didn't Ralph WONDER WHY "I" withdrew? And so did the escrow company? You see, I thought Craig disclosed what he was supposed to disclose. So Craig Sellers LIED to Ralph to cover up even more, and Ralph HAS to believe him to save that Keller Williams he so calls manages. Hey Ralph, "I'm not the one that closed a dirty file, YOU did, you ALLOWED a new agent Craig Sellers to close on something you never asked him about and Craig never disclosed to YOU! Idiot!" "If "I" disclosed to Keller Williams in Santa Monica, to Prime West Escrow, Rick Cunningham, Thomas Khammar, Craig Sellers, RALPH Jack-Me-Off Nedelkoff, even the NEW escrow co, basically EVERYONE, and CRAIG SELLERS DECIDED to take the bag and run, (in other words) LIE, rip off his best friend, get greedy and steal, and NOT DISCLOSE anything to YOU,, well then, looks like you're not doing your job right? Little helper??" Shouldn't you be asking Craig Sellers WHY he HID that from you? "Use your brain, if EVERYONE KNEW, but YOU,,then,,umm,,hello??" Why do you think that IS?? Use yer brains!! Then when I told YOU everything, from start to finish, you got scared b/c now you're sitting on a possible law suit. And had to ACT like you didn't believe me b/c it makes you look REALLY bad if you admitted that YOU screwed up, AGAIN. RALPH, YOU DEFENDED, Mr. CRAIG SELLERS, the one who DID NOT DISCLOSE ONE WORD TO YOU about that file, (not including telling you the reason WHY "I" withdrew and so did escrow), You defended Craig Sellers, the one who CLOSED ESCROW on a property that has fraud written all over it and didn't finish cleaning it up first. YOU defended Craig Sellers who KNEW Richard posed as a straw buyer and committed fraud. You defended someone, Craig Sellers that knew every single problem with that house. Who closed escrow, without saying one single word to you? And WHO disclosed everything to everybody, including you? You choose to believe that Craig, (who's only done 3 deals in his entire life) had a listing just fall right in his lap out the clear blue sky. And geeez, it came with a buyer, AND an accepted offer! He offered to clean it up and sell it for $1000 paid by me, b/c he knew that he was not going to disclose to you, and he knew that he was going to rip me off for every single penny that I worked on for over 1 year. That's why Craig didn't know how to fill out a fee agreement between two agents. Looks like YOU too Mr. Ralph Barf-Me-Off, are in some big ca-ca. YOU closed. WITHOUT further cleaning it up. "I" THOUGHT it HAD to be cleaned up b/c it DID close. But I didn't know that not only did Craig not disclose anything, or further clean up what needed to be, but I didn't know that he would actually steal my paycheck. ALL of my money. AVOID my calls, emails, and I made several attempts. I didn't know that he actually never cleaned up ANYTHING until 1 week after it closed. I am not going ANYWHERE. Ralph Nedelkoff and Craig Sellers are BOTH PIGS! If you do this to your best friend, then I couldn't EMAGINE what you would do to a buyer or seller!!! Your fat a*s does not scare me nor does your voice or cusswords. And for you, Craig Sellers, who once told me that I was your best and only friend, need to go to parenting classes for your poor NEGLECTED daughter, some AA meetings (maybe that's why you SAY you didn't know anything, b/c you were ALWAYS drunk), stop taking your wife in and out of rehab for smoking crack and admit yourself into THEIVES ANNONAMOUS, Greedy anonymous, Scammers anonymous, and learn how to be an honest MAN. Pick up your friend, your God Ralph and drop him off at Over Eaters Anonymous. I doubt if I will ever get one cent back, not even the $$$$ "I" put into it trying to helping the seller. But don't think, for one minute, that I am going away. What Craig Sellers and now Ralph Nettlebarf did was wrong, they BOTH know it. Craig Sellers was even the one who taught me what the word "Straw Buyer" meant, how could he not know about that house. I had lunch with him on a daily basis and did nothing but talk about all the problems that house had and what was going on with it. You guys are idiots. I am an idiot for trusting first of all Keller Williams in Santa Monica, for not backing me up and for knowing all along this was wrong but still continued to try to sell it and cancel at the end, Craig Sellers the sales agent at Keller Williams in Marina Del Rey for being dishonest about that he didn't know anything, for offering to take my referral for $1000 cleaning it up and closing escrow, for avoiding my calls and emails right after I gave it to him, for bad-mouthing me to my clients, for failing to fax me our agreement, for ripping me off for $13,470.00, for taking advantage of our friendship. Craig normally hides walking by a restaurant we used to go to. I am friends with the owner, and word got around quick. He is the most hated man on Main St and definitely in that restaurant. I am now learning that Craig has ALWAYS been a thief and his wife is a call girl (which makes me feel bad for her). He had the NERVE to walk right up to me and my husband sitting there about 2 weeks ago. He just stood there with his ET head & neck and his 3 fingers and those so obvious FAKE CHEST IMPLANTS (he thinks nobody knows). He is soooo lucky my husband didn't beat the silicone out of him and that I didn't b***h slap Ralph. My husband and I were both very calm and collected, as we agreed we would be. Know what's really cool? You can't write or say anything without it being TRUE, otherwise you could get in trouble with the law, because it's against the law, to say something about someone that is not true or did not happen.
