Craig Walser Called Autovantage to have car towed and they couldnt find a lift tow that day Trinity North Carolina
I contacted Autovantage on Feb 14 to have my car towed and had to hold 28 minutes the 1st time. The lady said she would call me back when she found a tow truck and never did so. I called back and was on hold for 23 minutes this time and finally got somebody. When this guy finally called me back he said he couldn't find me a lift tow that day and asked could he tow it in the morning. I never received a call back from the towing company or Autovantage telling me my car was towed. Fortunately my car was at a car shop being towed to another car shop but, what if I was stranded. I am very upset with this company.
