Bob Walters, Bill/Mark/Fred Green are all code names used within the company for the V.P. Phil Ross (Phil Ratuchewitz) and President Ken Kendes to answer and pull you in. The best you can do is call and speak directly to these two shameless money grabbers ! I have home numbers for them both with addresses to match (I think it's only fair that there be a level playing field) so you can contact them the same way you and others who where scammed into believing that you need $2,000+ dollars to do this "buisiness" P.S. This company has been going downhill ever since the driving force behind these companies (Sam Kendes - Ken's Father) passed away in May 2004, the decline will not stop until either the piggy bank runs dry or customers get smart and use a company that cares about them (and not what is in their wallets) like RPL Supplies and others ! I am an Ex-Employee because I didn't agree with the "get as much money upfront as you can" creedo that is followed there.
