Creative Water Solutions A.k.a. Rain Soft $5200 ripoff by Rain Soft dealer, wont make good system installed backwards causing many problems. Lexington Kentucky
System causing black pellets to come out of every pipe and faucet in the house. Water pressure dropped off to 1/2 and then trickle in the end. They came over and bled all but 1 line, I thought I could do without every repair since we were in our fourth hour of repair. Since then a degrading quality of water until finally the water just plain stunk. "Can't do anymore without charges",says the dealer. Don't deal with these people unless you can get a money back guarantee, my bet is that you won't.
