My situation with Jade Lai has finally been resolved - thanks entirely to this website. Yesterday, I received a refund and a letter of apology after Jade saw my complaint. While I ultimately appreciate that she finally did the right thing, I find it sad that it took writing something on this site - not months of e-mails, phone calls and a complaint filed with the BBB - to finally get her to give me the time of day.
