I received my card about the middle of June. When I hadn't received a statement by July 7th I called their number and attemted to make a payment. I was told their was a charge of $ 9 .95 to make a payment over the phone. I asked if they could take an automatic withdrawal from my account each month. They said I wouI'd have to contact my credit union to mail them a payment each month. I have since found out they were originally First National Bank of Marin and after losing a law suit changed their name. They said if they did not receive a payment by the 8th I would be charged a late fee. The 8th is on Sunday.

Any and all fees and interest rate are included in the DISCLOSURE which you apparently did not even bother to read what you agreed to!

I have had this card and have been paying every two weeks via their website with no trouble. Even had a increase on my card so I suggest if you cannot pay the card then you do not need the card. Setting up an account on their site takes a little time but well worth it.
