Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
My name is Paul Ryan and I have a huge complaint against Carol Dibble and the company she works for, Crednology.
I was introduced to ms. dibble by a mobile home dealership, when I talked to her at that timen she said she could help me get my credit up to par so when I was ready I could finance a home. She told me that the fee was around $900.00, at the time I could not afford this and told her I would get back to her when it was in my budget.
We stayed in touch on and off for about 5 months. I started working for a Clayton homes retailer and contacted her again. Since i was working for a company that could bring her business through our clients, she told me if I got her 10 leads for her to contact she would do my credit repair for free, I got her 13 contacts. She set up a program for me and I had a contract with her for 1 year starting in May 2012.

After 1 month my services expired, I called carol dibble to ask her what happened and she told me because my service was a freebie she has to go in monthly and restart or continue my services. I told her I understood and she said she would have the service reactivated. It has been over 4 months and still she has not followed through with her promise to me. I have left her message after message and no contact. All I want is what i contracted for and the services she agreed to give me for giving her qualified leads she has made commissions on. Nothing more.  I had high hopes that they could and would help me. She even told me She could and would help straighten out my credit. Now Nothing.
Hope you can help me. Thank you

I would like to apologize to Mr. Ryan for any misunderstandings on how our referral program works. We allow new businesses to refer 10 perspective customers to enter our online credit management company to receive 1 free enrollment. 99% of the companies actually put a customer in for free so they may be able to buy a house, auto, or simply refinance on a current home. After extensive research, I found Mr. Ryan as being the only one to put himself in and not a customer.  The notes in Mr. Ryan's file showed he has health issues so we were working with him at no cost but once he would be in a position to start referring customers again we would still help a real client of his for free. Mr. Ryan was able to take advantage of our state of the art point deduction technology, score simulator, credit recommendations, and credit specialist for 3 months with success.  We have been in business for over 10 years and pride ourselves on not having complaints from our paid customers so it's ironic we get one from an unpaid one.
I have re-opened Mr. Ryan's file so he may continue progressing in his desire to manage his credit with positive results and have the same success thousands of paying customers have over the years. We value Mr. Ryan and his comments whether positive or negative so we may do a better job for everyone.
