1. Wen and Lillian Jiang own Creekside Vill Apartments and two duplexes around the corner on Rene Way and 9th and 10th street. They come from Shang-Hi, China, and do not follow our Real Estate Laws or Labor Laws. They do whatever they can get away with.

2. They imply and manipulate the tenant into believing that there is 24 HOURS 7 DAY A WEEK SECURITY at the complex which is not true.

3. There is no 0N-SITE MANAGER EITHER. Because he is too cheap to pay one the correct amount of wages and perks. And rumor has it, he has been turned into the Gressham Fire Department for this violation.

4. He does all of the "REPAIRS AND YARD WORK HIMSELF" but he doesn't know what he is doing. One tenant waited 3 months to get a simply heater replaced in the dead of winter, because Wen Jiang was too cheap to simply replace it immediately, instead he played around with the broken heater etc.

5. He and wife will illegally enter your unit every chance they get. He will also employ your "complex neighbors" to watch you. One just neighbor is JIM CARTER UNIT 307. Observe his voyeristic cameras at his bedroom widow. White Truck 922 Bev; he will follow you to report back on your movements.

6. CAR THEFTS AND BREAKIN occur almost nightly there and have been going on for about 5 years. We persoanlly lost 4,000 dollars worth of work equippment, and had our vehicles broken into 3 times.

7. He "Wheels and Deals" the rent, read his ad on Craig's List. What ever unit you are looking at is the over-priced one, and then he will pretend to drop the rent "make special deal with you" and later you will find out you are paying more for your deal that your neighbor!

8. He does not do credit or back ground checks as implied. He simply calls your employer, and if you have a job, he will rent to you.

9. When you move out, he claims you did all the damage or wear and tear history of the unit. SO TAKE COLORED PICTURES OF EVERYTHING WHEN YOU DEPART.

10. Don't claim you have RENTER'S INSURANCE either, he will try to put a claim in you, long after you have left.

11. That creek that is wasted as a parking lot view, has hard core tramps living in the woods. The leave their feces in and around the dumpsters, and they hassle the tenants and their guests.

12. The compelx has insuffent garbage containers, and they over flow every week because he is too cheap to buy the correnct size. Plus they smell like dog poop....the flies are un-believable!

WEN JIANG HAS BEEN MAKING STALKER TYPE HANG UP CALLS ON FORMER TENANTS DURING AND AFTER THEIR RENTAL MOVES. HE MAY BE EMPLOYING HIS GOOD BUDDY, JIM CARTER TO ASSIST HIM IN THIS LATEST STUNT....CALLS USUALLY COME EARLY IN THE MORNING, AND IF THE TENANT STILL RESIDES AT CREEKSIDE, THEY OFTEN COME IMMEDIATELY AS YOU ENTER YOUR APARTMENT UNIT--KNOW DOUBT BY JIM CARTER UNIT 307....
