Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Something needs to be done about this company. The storys I have read are true and sad. I went too this company on the promise that I would be treated fairly, not so. I made the mistake of getting into the lease program which they throw at you day after day. I ran for them without a weekly pay for 7 months out of the 9 months. During this time, I ran what I was given and even asked and accepted loads when my dm as well as other driver managers needed help. I would be on time, didn,t complain. On easter sunday of 2009 I was on location at the burns harbor yard when I was asked too do some other dm a favor concerning a load to detroit. I accepted it and started on my way. I recieved a message over the system to meet a company driver at a truck stop on interstate which I was traveling too swap my load for his. He had no load. So I took his empty trailer 120 miles back to burns harbor. After taking my money for months and now this I had enough. I resigned and turned in my truck the proper way. It has taken me 10 months to get my dac report cleared from a mistake they made by putting discharge on it. I made a large number of attempts to clear that issue with no return call or anything. I filed a complaint with hire right, and recieved a copy of dac as well. I found a lawyer who was nice to help me out at no cost, and call Jim McGinnis which stated to the lawyer it was a mistake and he would correct it. Lawyer Sam Kafrissen attempted a number of times as well, with Mr McGinnis saying he was sending a fax clearing the issue. I.m unable to obtain employment as well as family and I being homeless due to this companys actions of not clearing the matter when they said they would. Its so many others out there like myself who truly needs someone too help us. I will not let this issue die, will take it to every court in the land if need be. I am not afraid, and will stand tall for what is right. I did notthing to deserve the treatment which myself my family and all the other drivers. 10 months of lost wages, due to a dac report mistake.  I sit in a lawyers office and listen too them lie time and time again whats that telling you. The horror storys are all true! I was told by a IC department employee the name I will tell if I must that you know England has high price lawyers quote! The goverment needs to step in like they did a few years ago and make right with all the drivers whom was done wrong by this company. Driving has been my life for 21years and with each passing day the life of family and self seem to fade. But the lord will make a way for us. Lets get together as drivers and put an end too the night mare. Fight them all the way to the highest courts if need be!!!!!

I just got off the phone [7:50a.m. PDT] with the Federal DOT Complaint line (800)832-5660 to ask them about my case file [#100038391, Dec.28,2009]. And, the gentleman told me in about the same words as the lady did 2-weeks ago."I'll/I'm sending a e-mail message to the Utah office.". WELL HOLD ON THEREIF IT DID NO GOOD 2-WEEKS AGO, JUST WHAT MAKE YOU THINK ANOTHER ONE WILL? I said nicely...

He then asked and put me on hold, a woman named 'Nadine' (sp) tried oh so nicely to explain that they (Federal DOT office) does not know what goes on at the UTAH office. And, that I should be getting a call from them as a e-mail was sent to Mr.KELLER. OK, FINE...WHEN? She told me, "all you truckers want things done right now" I REPLIED, IT'S BEEN 4-MONTHS SINCE I FIRST FILED [Dec.28, 2009] AND 2-WEEKS SINCE I LAST CALLED YOUR OFFICE WITH THE SAME INQUIRY AS NOW, WITH THE SAME RESULTS. MAYBE I SHOULD BE TALKING WITH THE FBI CONCERNING THE UTAH DOT OFFICE THEN.

Her reply was "Maybe you should". I ALSO INFORMED HER OF THE "MISSING W2". She said then call the IRS. OK.

I have done the above, tick-tock, tick-tock.......BOOM!

They forgot, I was born in a 'less desirable' country.
