I am not one of those who constantly defend known rip off companies, but I have their phone and internet service.I am very satisfied with them. I just walked away from T-Mobile, and that I feel was a nightmare.I felt so burned by them. I feel like with Cricket, that I am being treated like a customer. T mobile was nothing more than white collar criminals. The contracts, the early termination fees, the fees fees fees, never ended with them. Their customer service was like dealing with the devil. I was the victim of a violent crime, it left me out of work for awhile. I called T Mobile and tried to reduce my monthly bill, by removing services etc.. I had been dis connected, and they charged me 60 to reconnect. When I expressed my disappointment with that, the guy at customer service said to me, well pay your bill on time, and you wont get those charges, I asked then when my contract was up, and he said, so what? you think any of the other carriers are different? I said yes, I want to go to Cricket, he starts saying over and over, fine lets cancel the account now, yup! that's what I am doing, I will charge you 700 for early termination, and go on your way.I asked to speak to a supervisor, and he just kept talking over me repeating the same thing, I AM CANCELING YOU, I finally got a supervisor, I was now in tears. Before I did speak to the supervisor, I just kept calmly and tearfully, asking for this supervisor, and then this guy said, he was hanging up on me for talking badly. I couldn't believe this, I never raised my voice, or said anything bad.He was the one who was out of hand. This all triggered this guy, because I complained about a 60 reconnect fee. I like t mobile to, I could not get my phone turned back on, I payed money each month, in attempt to get caught up. But that was not enough to turn service back on. But I was charged for 3 months of service I did not have, plus the early termination fee.So I have no service, but still being charged monthly, plus a 700 early termination fee. You want a scam, go there.

Slower than dialup and No customer service. Nothing on their website works so you can't send or read text. You can't get a response. Instead of having actual customer service they claim to send your complaint to a Cricket store in your area. Then you get Another boilerplate email from the store. Most of the stores are just fronts not owned by Cricket and they have no authority to fix anything anyway. Their phones are vastly overpriced and horribly inferior. Cricket is rotten. Avoid this company like the plague.

I worked for Cricket for about 6months as a sales representative for there new sales dept. Cricket wireless if horrible. They rip off all of their customers. I would probably still be working there. But i got tired of fielding 100's of calls each day about people bit*hing about how they can get ahold of customer service. I hope someone puts these selfish people out of business. By the way the sales dept is located in Raytown, MO ( a suburb of Kansas City) and also in St joseph Mo just north of KC. There Customer service is in india
