Cricket Wireless Leap Wireless Bait And Switch Georgia
Problem began when a online Cricket rep destroyed a phone on my account..went to the location where we pay our bill..Second rep finished off the phone due to the fact she did not know what she was doing. Because of those two reps phone has to be replaced, was told wanted upgrade was not available..said we'd be back in three weeks, decided to upgrade all three phones...returned three weeks later to pay bill and upgrade phones, only to be told "we do not sell the cheap phones" pointed at displayed phones, rep smirked, shrugged her shoulders then turned her back on us, as she said "we only sell the $100 and up phones". Contacted several Cricket locations and was told the same thing "we only sell the $100 and up phones" Cricket reps destroyed that phone, then told us we can't upgrade, unless we spend $100 or more per phone. Spoke with someone named Joseph Garcia German and received the same comments...Expects me to shell out $375 to replace a phone his reps destroyed and replace 2 more phones his company pulled a bait and switch on...Been having phone trouble going on 2 months..Cricket wireless and Leap wireless are useless.. They would rather lose between $180 to $5400 then shell out $135 by doing the right thing..Not the brightest crayons in the box if you ask me..goodbye Cricket wireless, hello Metro PCS!
