Critter Control Norther Virginia George Rambo Deceptive Business Practices , Internet
Critter Control did an initial assessment and said they would trap for 10 days. They took the trap away after 3 days. Thereafter, they didn't call or come by. We called the office to find out our technician was sick -- out for the week. We had a racoon in our attic. Initially, Critter Control couldn't tell us when someone would be out. We had to call back to find out it would be a week. We asked for our money back. They refused. Critter Control is a ripoff.
