Cross Country Bank I filled out a notice to stop payment on an item wich was returned and was assured they would not pay them. They paid them anyway so now I owe 379. for nothing ripped off Boca Raton Florida
i had purchased arealastate program from carolton sheets wasnt satisfide with itreturned it it was a little late i received a bill i called the office of charlton sheets talk to a man he asured i wouldnt be billed then they billed my cedit card i called the crosscountry bankthe lady asured me they would place a stop payment and i would have to fill out a form and even overnited it
next billing charolton sheets sumited another bill icalled them and asked what was going on that i talked to a repristive from charlton sheets now i received another storybecause i was alittle late they were going to bill me anyway i called crosscountry bank they said it can take up to 30 to60 days to reveiw
needless to say crosscountry bank paid them off now after 120 day after i filled out the report still nothing do i was so pissed off i think thats there goalpiss people off and laugh about it so i called very angry and determened to get an answer the o person i talked to couldnt understand why nothing was done about it there own employee figure that out
finally after six months i get a notice saing thier only reembersing 118.29 and at the bottom of the page of thje report it says /or goal at crosscountry is to provide QUALITY customer service
