Cross Country Bank ripoff the business that doesnt give a dam Huntington West Virginia
What can you say?! This company will keep you on hold forever before you can speak to anyone and then they don't know enough to help you.
I had been dealing with a company that I had bought some merchandise from using my CCB credit card. I had returned the merchandise and they issued a credit on my card. However, two statements later, these credits still hadn't posted.
I called the business to make sure that their computer showed that they had credited my account and it did. I promptly called CCB and they said that I should wait for one more statement because sometimes these things can take a while. So I did.
Now 6 months later, I still have not received a credit on my card. CCB owes me just under 100.00 in credit. They say that the other company scammed me. Bologne!!
I had tried to close my account with them several times but they said that it couldn't be done (I still had a balance). I called recently and a nice girl, Amy did close my account for me.
I could go on and on but I will only get frustrated even more.
