I thought I would give everyone a brief update to a report I filed on June 28th. I have been having the same porblems as everyone ele.

During the time I was being unlawfully harassed by Cross Country, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I received a letter that through many attempts to contact Cross Country the BBB was unable to get Cross Country to respond to my complaint. Therefore, the bbb will now report Cross Country as being unsatisfactory. Also should any government agency contact the BBB about Cross Country then my complaint will be given as well.

Anyway just the first resolution at revenge.

I have just filed a Small Claims Lawsuit against them for $5000, for undo harassment and stress.

Thougtht someone out there might like to know.

EDitor's Comment:

If they havent by now, I doubt very much there will ever be an unsatisfactory rating listed with the BBB on Cross Country Bank.

Go-ahead, call the same BBB office and see if there is an unsatisfactory rating for Cross Country Bank. There wont be one.

There are almost 200 complaints on Cross Country Bank here at the Rip-off Report.com, not including the thousands of e-mails we have received on them.

For the most part most consumers still first complain to the BBB, even before they go to their State Attorney Generals offices.

Complaints never go away at the Rip-off Report ..and BADbusinessbureau.com

STOP! ..before you think about using the Better Business Bureau (BBB)... CLICK HERE to see how other consumers were victimized by the BBB's false or misleading information. Don't be fooled! It has been reported, when there are thousands of complaints and other investigations underway by authorities, the BBB has no choice but to finally give an UNsatisfactory rating to a BBB member business that is paying the BBB big membership fees every year. When a business is reported that is NOT a BBB member, BBB files WILL more likely show an UNsatisfactory rating, then reportedly shake down that company to become a member of the BBB. One positive thing about the BBB is, either way, if a business has an unsatisfactory rating with the BBB, you can be sure, the business is bad. But what about all those BBB member businesses that had complaints filed against them? Consumers never get to hear about them. What about the BBB advertising to the public? Is this a false and misleading perception they are giving about consumer confidence when dealing with a business? Click here to understand more of what consumers and business alike are saying about the BBB. You decide. ..Remember. The BBB membership is not earned, its paid for!

To the Editor, You may be right about the BBB never reporting them as unsatisfactory, but I will at least for a period of 2 wks give them the benefit of the doubt. When I received the letter, I went to the web to see if they had changed the status, which you see has not changed, so I contacted the BBB about their status for Cross Country. They informed me that the change would take about 2 weeks. However if they do not change the rating in a reasonable amount of time, I will forward my letter and a printout of the current rating to the Attorney General. Thanks for replying. I am on top of this and will not let up until all records show how Cross Country truly operates. David
