This company crosscountry is a rip off I had a card and charged one thing i then paid off the account which was 47.00 dollars and told them to closee my account 7 months later i start getting calls from a david wiseman who claims to be from an attorneys office. he threatens us saying we owe 800 plus dollars. he insists these are all late fees i told him we closed the account he would not hear a word we were saying.he is now telling us he is going to fax my husbands work and everyone at his work and tell them hes a dead beat. he has also told me to shut my ------- mouth during our conservations.he calls 15 to 20 times a day and tells me to get used to his voice as he is going to ruin our lives and get my husband fired.something needs to be done about him.he sais he works for salvadore spinelli. he said if we dont pay 800 dollars he will add another 3000 to it what can we do?

04/23/2003: I JUST HAPPENED TO BE CHECKING THIS WEBSITE AND CAME ACROSS THIS POSTING. VERY INTERESTING! I JUST RECEIVED A LETTER IN THE MAIL A FEW DAYS AGO - APPARENTLY, CHECK-RITE AND/OR COMMERCIAL CHECK CONTROL USESTHIS IDIOT (SALVATORE SPINELLI) TO COLLECT THEIR DEBTS AS WELL. I WONDER WHO ELSE HE'S IN WITH. IN ANY EVENT, I NEVER ANSWERED HIS LETTERS; I SENT THEM BACK "RETURNED TO SENDER" AND NEVER HEARD ANOTHER WORD!
