Crowell lawyer Jeffrey Rutherford and his Chief Prosecutor wife, Dorothy Kim and their chief FBI friend Anthony Montero started a bogus investigation to make money and destroy my business on behalf their friends and Aetna Insurance company. Crowell Moring -Jeffrey H Rutherford was my lawyer and along with the chief government prosecutor who is now a Los Angeles Superior Court Judge destroyed my life, 30 years of my profession and education and let the government torch my business like "Kristallnacht in n**i Hitler". The Crowell lawyer had created a fake investigation of my medical center with FBI Chief Anthony Montero who was working under the Crowell lawyer who had been the chief AUSA lawyer in the central district of California. In addition the Crowell lawyer hired the FBI chief's brother to work in his building to defraud the public. After I complained he tried to use his wife who is Deputy chief AUSA prosecutor who is now appointed Los Angeles superior court criminal judge who should herself have been in Jail instead.

At the same time their FBI friends were sent to come after me. I have never seen such criminal government -private enterprise.In addition there were three other conflicts of interest that he never disclosed to me including the fact that the insurance company who was involved in the scheme was a main client of the Crowell Moring law firm. I am not sure how this kind of lawyer is allowed to practice law to destroy people's life and destruct the justice system. This is a shame and a loss not just for me but for the whole justice system.He billed 500 k thousand dollars for weekly fake meetings with me and my wife along with lawyer Proctor who was the Crowell lawyer's best man in his marriage so that can have some more of our blood money.

No actual legal discussion took place at all. Instead, he and his wife bought a home with my money since one was representing the government prosecutors on one hand and one was my lawyer on the other. I would like to reiterate the following serious conflict of interest in addition to the materials I attached with this form. I will have very serious doubts about the legal system and justice if Mr Rutherford continues to practice law after what he has done to me, my career, and my family. It is impossible to describe his damages in words however : 1. Crowell attorney's wife, Dorothy Kim, is Deputy Chief Criminal Division and she tried to indict me after she and her husband milked my limited finances for three years and bought a home with the money that they have stolen from me. These conflicts should have been revealed to us on day one but both lied all along to us.

My wife gave a Christmas gift to his wife and kids but she never told us she was working for the government and we have spoken on the cell phone at nights and weekends and night time in the presence of his wife. 2. Mr Rutherford has a conflict with Mr Gluck who gave a fraudulent statement to the government in order to obtain a warrant. We have separate complaints against Mr Gluck. He did not declare this conflict since he did not tell the government what we have told him about the fraudulent warrant. He did not do that since both involved parties were his friends. Aetna Insurance was involved in my federal case and Mr Rutherford's firm, Crowell Moring, worked with Aetna which is another major conflict. 3. He hired Mr Proctor to further milk us on behalf of my wife who was not the subject of any investigation other than taking care of of our 4 kids. Mr Bowers, our new lawyer, released my wife from this situation in the first day after we fired Mr Ruthreford. 4.Violation of my constitutional rights by using FBI friends Mr.Anthony Montero to keep investigating me so I can't sue him.

This was done to ensure that the statute of limitations would pass for me to do any legal action against him since he had been keeping me under FBI investigations forever. Mr Montero who is a very good friend of Mr Ruthreford and his wife and is an FBI special agent and head of healthcare division at FBI facilitated all for him. Meanwhile Mr.Rutherford was enjoying the psychological torture of my wife since Mr Procter was his best man in his marriage and milking us for three years together. It was theatrical level of fun for them and dishonesty. I hope that Mr Rutherford never practices law again, is no longer able to abuse the law and can't destroy any other future clients' life but again he continued to use ongoing fraudulent acts and the State Bar only gave him a warning instead of jailing him.

All my family and four kids suffered from this creature at an unprecedented level and I hope as State Bar you will serve justice to him. Guven Uzun, M.D. filed a petition for review with the California Supreme Court on April 11 against Crowell & Moring and attorney Jeffery Rutherford, questioning lower court rulings related to discovery and statute of limitations but again he defrauded all the judiciary with criminal FBI Los Angeles office friend Anthony Montero. I hope that the public sees that there is very deep corruption in this law firm and stays away at any cost from this law firm and this lawyer. This is a Criminal Ring involving a government office using an attorney's wife Dorothy Kim (now criminal judge at Los Angeles court), her brother was deputy prosecutor Beong Kim (John Day lawfirm) They all left their positions. Anthony Montero left his position as chief as well but their link in government continues to exist . This was biggest and best private organized crime inside the government office.
