78 yr old disabled senior citizen suffered mini heart attack.  Pulled her 1996 show car (orignal owner, all records intact) into the nearest parking lot to prevent accident.  Salesman Hugo, asked for car keys, disappearred.

After a few minutes, asked for keys back, Hugo told her the car had gone "To Auction".  WHAT?  She was shocked as this car had been paid off for years and was the last car she would ever need.  Asked everyone in the show room for her car keys, every one told her the car had "Gone To Auction", even tho she had been in the room 15 minutes.

She asked for a telephone to call police, ambulance, anyone.   No, she was told, she could not use the phones.  Because of pain, she was slumped over a desk, over an hour, no assistance or help of any sort.  Finally, Hugo came and said she would have to lease a vehicle, which she could not afford (living on social security), did not need and did not want.

She could not walk anywhere due to extreme pain.  Ultimately, she leased the vehicle in order to get home.  When she complained to authorities, Hugo told them that she way lying, that she was not the original owner of the vehicle and there had been 8 previous owners.

He further stated he never refused telephone to her.   All lies.  What Hugo didn't know while he was lying to authorities was that subject was a retired FRAUD investigator and has an impecanble life record for over 60 years.  Not even a parking ticket.  He continues to be condoned by Crown Honda.

For someone who is writing in the 3rd person you seem to know quite a bit. If this narrative you are presenting is 100% accurate, then you should be contacting every local media news outlet, lawyers, and the police.  However, since there is lack of any specifics as well as several inconsistancies in this report, this seems to be more BS than reality.  Just some of the things lacking are any specifics of dates, details of the "show car", or what car she got.

Without going into every inconsistancy let's just hit on some of the major ones.  Based on your narrative she was in such bad shape that she chose the first parking lot she found, which just happened to be a Honda Dealer. Okay..could happen.  But then the very first thing a Salesman does is ask for the keys and instead of her saying she is suffering a Heart Attack she just hands them over and sits in the car for 15 minutes before she starts walking around.  Where apparently without her signing a single piece of paper, they have sent the car to "auction"...in other words effectivly forging DMV paperwork for the transfer.

Then for the next hour sits slumped over a desk totally helpless and unable to move...well until they forced her to sign a lease so she could drive HOME...Yea..remember she parked there because she couldn't drive...Yep the BS meter is going off.

Now, there may very well be some truth to this. Its possible this 78 year old went to this dealer and leased a car, but that is about all of the story that is true. As they didn't force her to do anything. While she freely signed the lease, at some point after the fact she had a severe case of "Buyer's Remorse" and came up with this story.

If all this is exactly as you say it is, why haven't you gone to the police?
