crown motors Misty the financial lady let us take a car were suppose to help us take money out of our house to pay it off let us keep it for three months then decided to take the car back Redding, California
Went to crown motors in Redding CA three months ago to see if we can trade our 95 ford explorer car dealer takes a look decided it wasn't in good enough condition to trade after we already decided on a ford fusion es back to the office to what other options there is looks at our credit not the greatest wanted to see if we could at least put a thousand down didn't really have that much finally came up with what if we take money out of the house and use that ro pay it off ok goes talks it out with the boss gets approval start signing work finally after getting everything settled introduces us to the finance lady Misty well it turns out my husband grandma who left us the house her name was still on the title turns out we needed to not only needed to completely turn the house over in his name but needed to get the death certificate well went through got everything we needed even a short order probate did everything Misty asked well they said they had a guy the use to help with our situation basically a morgage guy not once introduced us to him not even a phone conversation with him Misty kept mediating between us thought was odd well they let us leave with the car after giving them all the paperwork Misty made it seem like everything was going good and that house payments would be low well after three months got a phone call from a finance guy named Donnie have to give the car back all they could say when we took it back was we couldn't finance you and wouldn't explain why just left at that asked for Misty she will be back in a couple weeks I now have no job because of no transportation with out a vehicle its hard getting another one its going to be a while until my husband leaves to the military and now we are stuck trying to make ends meet thinks to crown motors making it seem like they were helping us with better transportation I will never do business with them again put my family through all that just to take the car back just doesn't seem right
