i hire contract for my property renovation in march 2008 . he sacm me about $45000.00 . i was from other state . he is from PA near pittsburgh area .
Greensburg township . i sign up this guy for done this work in one month . i left back to my JOB. i call this man every other day . he keep saying every time he is almost done his work and keep calling me for money i sent him cheak about $45000.00 since that he is not done any thing . he put some roof work but it is just bad work . all roof is bad and leaking . no bath room everything is so bad .
please help me what i can do

I am an ex employee of CRV Builders/Chris Valerio. He is a scam artist and a liar. What this customer is saying is 100% correct. On SEVERAL occassions this customer would call me trying to get up with Chris and/or figure out what was going on with his property. Chris would take his money and go buy himself things and not do a thing at this property. I got sick of dealing with this customers calls myself I began to ignore them because I didn't know what to tell them. Chris didn't complete anything and pocketed lots of money. His work is terrible and looks everything up on u-tube. He couldn't do a single job without my help because he didn't have a clue what he was doing. After giving a quote and saying he had the job handeled, he would go home u-tube it and attempt it. The whole time doing a terrible job and if it got to tough or he didn't know any longer, he would just quit and not show up again. These complaints from customers are only the beginning to what you will see on here. Once everyone starts hearing about this site, there will be many more. I had customers calling me left and right to finish jobs for them just so the job would get done. They would pay him, and when he didn't complete it pay me to finish it so they ended up paying twice for the same job. I have never felt better after I no longer worked for this so called company than I do now. If you don't want the headache that all these customers and myself have endored, then don't ask this u-tube company to do anything for you.

Thus owner bought a building from eBay decided to sell it after seeing it in person . After no buyers he decided to put 2100.00 into it after work was completed and inspected by city official after owner decided he thought I should do a large amount of work for free .. then tried to sell building to me . Now the building sits emply I have help try to sell it for him , rent it out for him , and nothing .. but I'm the bad guy !!!
