Crystal Spirit Products Not What Is Advertised ripoff, ignores e-mails, inferior products Online Based Internet
A friend and I were looking for scented candles and came upon the Crystal Spirit website. We ordered several "scented candles" paying via PayPal using her Visa.
Even though the money was taken from the account within 2 days, it took Pam a couple of weeks to ship out. Once she finally shipped out, she sent an e-mail that she was going out of town for 9 days.
When our items arrived they had NO scent to them other than plain old wax scent! One of the candles I ordered was described on the site as : Musk, Patchouli, Pine, Cedar, Juniper, yet I can smell nothing. I would think that maybe it was my own problem but my friend could smell nothing either and I have ordered from others before and after Crystal Spirit and can smell those candles burning in other rooms of my home where I cannot smell her candles even in the same room. My husband could not smell anything either.
When I wrote (e-mail) Pam about this, I got no response from her at all. I gave her 2 weeks then wrote again figuring that since she had been out of town, maybe my mail got list in the shuffle of her cleaning out her mailbox upon return.
Pam continued to ignore my e-mails so we are am out the money (approx $50) and will never order again from her. Crystal Spirit is a site that handles many items such as for Wicca and Pagan rituals and aromatherapy as well as other items. While neither of us practice Wicca or Paganism we loved some of the scents she advertises on her website so we decided to order from her. They CLAIM their mission is: to share for the greater good of all.
as well as: to make the world a better place to live.
If ignoring customer service is Pams idea of making the world a better place to live, I prefer the real world that I live in today, thank you very much.
Buyer Beware. If you want to spend a lot of money for plain old candles, feel free; otherwise this site is a plain out rip-off!
