Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I'm the on-site manager of a Storage facility located in the Portland, Oregon metro-- meaning I live here on the property in a nice 2-bedroom apartment provided by my company. This is a perfectly acceptable residential address to the Oregon DMV, the IRS, the cable company and my bank- but NOT to CSL Plasma!

After three years of pleasant, problem-free donating, I was abruptly booted because my new address was deemed "unacceptable" by their "System", despite my offer to provide my driver's license, utility bills, pay stubs, and photographs to verify the legitimacy of my residence and employment here. I called the corporate 800 "Customer No-Service" number in Boca Raton, Florida several times. They listened to my problem and said that somebody would call me back. An employee from the Portland CSL location DID call, seemed attentive to my situation, then advised that somebody from Corporate would be calling back. But nobody from Corporate EVER calls back...

What is the scientific and/or medical reasoning behind this company's apparent belief that plasma offered by gainfully-employed, long-term donors suddenly becomes "tainted" if that donor takes a job that provides them with on-site housing? Perhaps somebody from CSL should be given the opportunity to explain this bizarre "redlining" (an actionable form of discrimination) to somebody wearing a robe and wielding a gavel.

My next step is to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and I suggest that anybody else who can't get legitimate issues addressed by this horribly uncommunicative company do likewise. CSL Corporate may choose not to lower themselves to talk to ME-- but will absolutely respond to THEM. Hey CSL... you have my number. FIX this, then kindly advise me of same...

After posting to social media and the Rip-Off report, I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, the Oregon Department of Health. Then, if a satisfactory resolution still has not been reached, I'll file a small-claims action in my home county-- naming the CEO as a defendant, and have him (or the company official so designated) served at the corporate headquarters at 900 Broken Sound Pkwy NW #400, Boca Raton, FL. Think they'll take a minute to reach out to me THEN to correct this stupid little glitch in their "System"?

I think so too! If CSL thinks I'm just going to get bored and quietly go away, they don't know who they're dealing with. I will exhaust every legal, civil, and media resource available-- because I know I'm right!

Any pointers on where else I can go or what else I can do to turn up the heat are greatly appreciated.
