CSL Plasma Really Disrespectful Pinellas park Florida
I have over 50 donations at CSL Plasma on 49th St. In pinellas park since they opened their doors in March 2015. I went in to use my speed pass that I rightfully deserve n I was screamed at in front of other donors n employees by the new center manager that I was crazy to think that I can use my pass to skip the line when I have used my 7x pass 6 times before. I had expressed to her in a low tone that I have never had a problem and the center manager replied: I don't care, it's my center. Correction (center manager) it's CSL center and everyone should be treated with respect. I'm a business owner and I will never talk or treat someone that way. There is no excuse or reason to talk down to someone just because you are on a power trip. I've been in commercial business for over 7yrs and customers upset me all the time but I still know how to be professional at all time and there is no excuse for it. Find another job if your not happy with your job.
