Well Larry called me and asked me to update this report. I am happy to say that we finally did receive our chairs that we had paid for and waited many months to receive (if you are wondering how long I waited; about SIX MONTHS!). As a small business owner I simply can not give a good recommendation to this company for several reasons. One being I was lied to at least 50 times (this is NOT an exaggeration). Two being I paid a lot of money for white wedding chairs that was promised to be in stock & they obviously after months of waiting were NOT. Three the chairs were not delivered on time, or any way close! Four I asked for a refund on numerous occasions and only received more empty promises. It is one thing to not deliver but it is another to hinder & hurt a business that was depending on your product by keeping the money! I could have ordered the wedding chairs and had them ten times already! This was a frustrating & very disappointing experience. I could continue to site many more reasons why I gave this company a bad profile report to begin with but I do have a life to live.
The bottom line, I felt a responsibility to other people to get the word out about this business. This business is not worthy of your money. This business has a lot to prove to their potential customers. The ONLY REASON this happened to me is because I broke a chief business practice of mine, a rule if you will. I had ordered chairs (150 poly white chairs) from Larry before. I paid, he delivered. A couple of years later our business was ready to improve and purchase nicer white resin chairs. So naturally we called Larry. My total investment was around $3,500.00.
Larry called me back saying that I needed to wire him the money and not use a credit card because he would have to charge me a fee to use the card. He also sited that wiring the money would insure that he could get me the chairs quicker. BIG MISTAKE. BIG. I wired him the money because I thought I could trust him. TAKE MY ADVICE; NEVER WIRE MONEY FOR BIG PURCHASES! Using a credit card would have given me the ability to file for a charge back (get my money back) when Larry didn't deliver. He knew what he was doing, and he skillfully executed every step of the process. Always, always use a credit card for your protection. Note to self, when you do a wire transfer- THE MONEY IS GONE!!! FOREVER!!!
I had to call Larry several times a day pretty much every day(FOR ABOUT SIX MONTHS) and harass him continually about the chair delivery. I was even given false tracking numbers on three occasions! I ended up finding out who supplied Larry with his stock. Guess what? They are out of Miami! I found out that Larry had done this to a lot of people.
There are a few good things that I can say about Larry- He finally delivered & he did pay for one chair rental for us. The over all vibe is BAD. STAY AWAY IF YOU HAVE ANY SENSE. If Larry wants to stay in business let him prove it to his customers BY DELIVERING THE PRODUCT AND LETTING PEOPLE PAY COD (CASH ON DELIVERY)!!!!

All items were delivered - LATE - to the customer which has been verified.
We did pay 2 rental fees to the customer because of the late delivery.
We only have 1 Quality of Poly Chair (same as we sell the the US Marines
and Navy) so the customer did get the highest quality we have.
The Poly chairs were delayed 30 days late and Resin not delivered until November.
We do not dispute the lateness of the delivery, we we tried to make good.
Hopefully we can do better in the future.

I realize the customer is very angry, however we cannot find the order he or she is referring to.
We have contracts with the US Miliary, US Government and many school districts accros the U.S.
To the customer who who this, please contact me at 818 430 4783.
Also we do not have a "cheap"version of any item.
