CTU Colorado Technical University Told me I owe them money and will not release my 'transcripts Colorado springs Colorado

CTU said that I owe them money and I do not and they will not release my transcripts. I need my transcripts in order to start at a new school. I owe on a loan but I do not owe the money to them I owe it to the lender.
