CUPSHE IS A SCAM, REFUSING TO REFUND MONEY!!! Claimed CA but likely China Internet

CUPSHE refused to cancel the order for incorrect products before it shipped and now they are refusing to refund my money for the returned incorrect products. I initiated the refund the day the products arrived, well in the 30 day period. They first tried to say they would offer my a 100% credit to buy more products and then when I told them no, I wanted my 100% Refund for the items refunded, they came back and said they could now only give me a 50% credit to buy more products from them. Now I have a SMALL and an XXL bathing suit, neither of which are my size and they refuse to give me my money back even with these two bathing suits returned to them with tracking. They are based out of Commerce City, CA they claim and the Calfiornia State Law requires companies to give a full refund within 7 days. Their website also cleary states "Easy" refunds as you can see below, which I checked before placing the order, just in case something did not fit. I did everything exactly as they ask and well within the 30 days (Day 1 & Day 3) but they still refuse.

Return & Exchange conditions
- Orders are able to be canceled and refunded before shipping.
- Easy to initiate a refund or exchange in 30 days after delivery.
- Items can be returned or exchanged generally for any reason, quality or size problems or other reasons accepted by our customer service.
- Items must be returned unwashed and undamaged.
- As to bikinis, we only accept returning whole set of bikinis,both top and bottom, not one part.
- Sales and clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- If customer service offers a coupon to compensate your first order, the next order with this coupon applied on will not be returnable or exchangeable, only the part of the payment that's exceeding the coupon value can be refundable.
- As usual, refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account -- credit card or PayPal. PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately. Credit cards may take longer time to arrive.
I now beleive this company is a SCAM. The product are not identical to the ones in the pictures and have Chinese labels on them. This company is misleading and ripping people off!
