This company continued to charge my credit card long after my contract had expired. I had signed up for 98 workout sessions, and once I finished them, I assumed I was done. But they claim that my contract says that I will notify them 30 days before cancelling; otherwise, they will continue to charge me until and unless I cancel. They could not provide me with a copy of my contract when I went to their offices yesterday, and I know that I threw my copy out in November, when I thought I was finished with them. When I tried to cancel by phone, they would not allow it, and demanded that I send a letter to cancel. I sent a registered letter yesterday.

My next step is to call my attorney -- if they can't provide a copy of my contract to me, they sure as heck will provide one to him.

Do not do business with this company. My sessions cost $70 per hour, but I learned that they were paying my trainer $18 an hour. I don't know where all the extra money went, but in every way, this company is a ripoff.

You were more than likely charged for sessions that you didn't use! Check the dates when you were there!!!

I really hate to be the one to tell you but someone must! These Trainers charge people for sessions even when the client or party was not in the facility to train on that particular day! As a former employee I can tell you that More than likely you were charged for a session that you didn't even train for. You need to check you receipts and any information that you may have or can get from the club where you were doing your training. They are just a bunch of thieves... from top to bottom! Check your statements and just see! Justice!

Well, the company was wrong. I had NOT initialed in the space they thought I had; therefore, they had illegally been charging my credit card for services they were not providing. They are lucky I'm not suing them.
