I finally received a response from the seller after threatening to open a paypal claim. They told me to send the wrong item back by writing "refused" on it which I did on March 4th. It is now the 13th, and I haven't heard from them since. The tracking shows the item as having been returned to them. I had to file my paypal claim, but since it was an outside of ebay "item not as described" which was the closest subject listed to "wrong item sent" paypal could not help me, as the seller sent me an item, and paypal couldn't see what they sent. At least, that's what I got via email. I tried emailing the seller again asking for my refund. No response. I called paypal today and they have credited me back the money, since I have no item, and no refund.
For this site to ignore my requests for a refund, especially when I sent the wrong item they sent in the first place back, is unconscionable. I will never order from them again, and will make sure others know about my bad experience.
